24. Position steady bar and bracket assembly, fit and tighten bolts securing bracket to front cross member and centre beam to 45 Nm.

25. Align steady bar to bracket, fit bolt and tighten to 45 Nm.

26. Align PAS pipes to centre beam and tighten bolts.

27. Fit expansion tank and tighten securing bolts.

28. Connect bleed hose to expansion tank.

29. Connect coolant level sensor multiplug.

30. Connect engine harness multiplugs and secure multiplugs to bracket at RH side of engine bay.

31. Connect hoses to coolant pipe at rear of engine and tighten clip screws.

32. Position exhaust front pipe heat shield and tighten bolts.

33. Connect brake servo hose to engine.

34. Connect heater hose to thermostat housing and tighten clip screw.

35. Fit clip to expansion tank hose and connect hose to coolant manifold.

36. Connect bottom hose to radiator and secure clip.

37. Position jockey pulley bracket. Fit and tighten bolts securing bracket to engine and injection pump support bracket.

38. Fit and tighten bolts jockey pulley bracket to compressor bracket.

39. Position PAS pump support bracket, fit and tighten Allen screws.

40. Fit and tighten bolts securing vacuum pipe to PAS pump bracket and coolant pump.

41. Untie PAS pump align pump to support bracket, fit and tighten bolts to 8 Nm.

42. Secure PAS reservoir to mounting its mounting bracket.

43. Clean PAS pump pulley and mating face, fit pulley and tighten bolts to 26 Nm.

44. Fit ancillary drive belt shield and tighten bolts.

45. Tighten bolt securing air conditioning pipe clip to ancillary drive belt shield.

46. Connect throttle position sensor multiplug.

47. Position gear selector inner cables through support bracket and connect them to to their respective levers.

48. Locate gear selector outer cables to bracket and secure with clips.

49. Connect vacuum hose to EGR valve.

50. Remove plugs and connect fuel hoses.

51. Fit turbocharger heat shield and tighten securing bolts.

52. Position engine earth lead and tighten bolt.

53. Position main battery feed lead to battery terminal.

54. Locate battery feed lead to fuse box, fit and tighten Torx screw.

55. Fit access panel, main fuse cover and fuse box cover.

56. Connect engine harness multiplugs at LH side of engine.

57. Fit air cleaner support bracket and tighten securing bolts.

58. Fit battery tray and tighten securing bolts.

59. Fit ECM, tighten bolts and connect multiplug.

60. Clean fuel heater switch and fit new sealing washer. Fit switch and connect lucars.

61. Fit RH underbelly panel. See BODY, Repairs.

62. Fit alternator. See ELECTRICAL, Repairs.

63. Fit road wheel(s) and tighten nuts to correct  torque. See INFORMATION, Torque wrench settings.

64. Release bonnet and secure stays to support bonnet.

65. Fill gearbox with correct quantity and grade of oil. See MANUAL GEARBOX - ’T750’, Adjustments.

66. Fill engine with correct quantity and grade of oil. See Adjustments.

67. Fill cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM -DIESEL, Adjustments.
