| Refit 1. Position pipe assembly, align pipe to cylinder heads and fit NEW sealing washers. Fit banjo bolts but DO NOT tighten.2. Align pipe union to cylinder block adapter, fit NEW sealing washers and tighten banjo bolt to 18 Nm. 3. Tighten cylinder head union banjo bolts to 13 Nm. 4. Position turbocharger heat shield, position reinforcing plate and fit and tighten bolts. 5. Fit coolant manifold. See COOLING SYSTEM - DIESEL, Repairs.

Remove 1. Remove timing cover. See this section. 2. Fit but do not tighten crankshaft pulley nut.
3. Turn crankshaft clockwise until timing marks on gears are aligned.
